Meghan told: Stop playing the victim

-

AS THE founder of mental health charity SANE, Marjorie Wallace might be expected to sympathise with the Duchess of Sussex, who has spoken publicly about how she suffered while still a working member of the Royal Family.

However, Wallace, 80, is fed up with Meghan’s moaning.

‘I don’t like victimhood, and I’ve never played it myself,’ says the former confidante of the 1st Earl of Snowdon. ‘I don’t think playing the victim card helps, whatever you’re a victim of, and I don’t really respect people who take victimhood on as a career.’

The broadcaster adds, on the podcast Rachel Johnson’s Difficult Women: ‘You’ve got to find ways of living with whatever disability or disadvantage you have.’
