YORKSHIRE shepherdess Amanda Owen (pictured) celebrates our farmers in this cheery new series. The first of six episodes finds her at the northernmost tip of Britain, on rugged Shetland, as the guest of sisters Kirsty and Aimee, who have been running Bigton Farm since they were just 21- and 17years-old, following the death of their father in an accident. Amanda helps out with the cattle before enjoying a traditional meal and taking to horseback for a ride across the windswept sands.
