Cut the waste

FORMeR pensions tsar John Cridland is calling for the scrapping of the triple lock on the state pension.

he has told MPs it should be downgraded to save money, rather than raising the retirement age.

If he wants to save money, how about reclaiming the billions in taxpayers’ money thrown down the drain by the Government? This would not only allow the pension age to remain the same but would get the country back on its feet.
