Inland board quits

SHARES in southeast-focused builder Inland Homes fell 13.4pc, or 1.35p, to 8,75p after most of its board resigned following a delay to full-year results.

Chairman Simon Bennett and nonexecutive directors Carol Duncumb and Brian Johnson quit as the company said it was aware of ‘certain party issues’ it had not been informed of and was collating the details.

Its annual results will be delayed as ‘additional time’ is needed to finalise the accounts.
