The Windsor Framework negotiated by the Prime Minister surely represents a positive way forward.

The alternative is the status quo, which is causing many problems including the lack of stable government at Stormont.

I am disappointed in those, including nigel Farage and Boris Johnson, who are nitpicking by focusing on the defects of the Framework.

Sir Keir Starmer said in the Commons the deal isn’t perfect, but Labour will support it. I don’t often agree with him, but he’s right to do so.

I hope the DUP will swallow their pride and acknowledge the border in the Irish Sea is virtually gone.

not only is the Framework a sensible way forward, but it can be a catalyst for resolving other eU issues.

We still need to settle the fishing and migrant problems, and going forward with an improved relationship with the eU can only be better for Britain.

It’s also an opportunity for Rishi Sunak to galvanise the Conservative Party into ending the bickering and giving themselves a chance to win the next General election.
