I COULDn’T believe London Mayor Sadiq Khan’s outburst at ealing’s public meeting on the ULeZ expansion (Mail).

Most political issues have their opponents, but when ordinary people oppose en masse the costs involved with ULeZ, isn’t it time for the Mayor to rethink his policies?

his knee-jerk repulsive and insulting outburst was not conducive to his standing as the leader of a great city. It’s about time he stood down or toned down his criticism of residents and business owners and reconsiders the unpopular ULeZ.

hopefully, he will not see another mayoral tenure, but that could be too late to rescind ULeZ. KATHRyN BONDS,
