WHAT did Professor Heneghan and Dr Jefferson expect the Government to do when Covid was spreading like wildfire and other countries were locking down? Are we the only country that has suffered economically?

It’s all very well pointing to Sweden’s different approach, but due to France, Germany and Britain’s much larger populations, I believe that the lockdowns were an essential precaution. NORMAN WANSTALL,
