A doctor calls...

I AM willing to get up early, drive 50 miles on potholed roads to get to a hospital, pay to use the car park and wait in a queue to see a consultant face to face.

But he wants to conduct my appointment over the phone. Why? Is he wearing his pyjamas WFH or has he run out of Hobnobs? What is happening to our wonderful NHS?
