WARD-PROWSE RUNS THE SHOW

JAMES WARDPROWSE had more touches (96) than anyone else and completed the most passes (71) at Old Trafford (see his touch map left). He also came close to equalling David Beckham’s Premier League free-kick record of 18 at the ground Golden Balls used to grace so brilliantly, when he hit the bar with a fine effort. He will be desperate to get there soon with his side in danger of dropping out of the top flight.
