Tiger hits back at his ex-lover
Tiger Woods has hit back at his former partner, branding her a ‘jilted ex’ after she sued him over a non-disclosure agreement.
The golfer’s lawyers attacked erica Herman for trying to litigate matters in a US court which they said should be settled privately. They also rejected claims she was a victim of sexual assault at his hands.
Ms Herman sued Woods, pictured, to release her from the agreement she signed when they got together. She claims a US law about victims of sexual assault means it should be voided. She is also suing Woods for 30million dollars (£24.5million) for allegedly kicking her out of the Florida mansion they shared.
Documents filed yesterday by Woods’ lawyers accused Ms Herman of ‘transparent abuse of the judicial process’, adding: ‘Ms Herman is a not a victim of sexual assault or abuse sought to be protected by Congress when enacting the statute.’
