SERIES one of this fantasy tale based on Leigh Bardugo’s books offered up a dark civil-war clash between Industrial Revolution-era science and individuals with magical gifts. We got gritty action, star-crossed romance, and even a crime caper subplot. Series two ramps all of that up and even throws in the threat of all-out apocalypse for good measure. The cast is led by Last Night In Soho’s Jessie Mei Li, and also features Westworld’s Ben Barnes.
