TELLA’S TREBLE MOVES BURNLEY CLOSER TO PROMOTION
NATHAN TELLA’S hat-trick saw runaway Championship leaders BURNLEY canter to a dominant 3-1 victory at HULL CITY. Tella scored his second treble of the season as Vincent Kompany’s side ended Hull’s seven-game unbeaten home league run.

BLACKBURN are fifth after Ben Brereton Diaz hit his 13th of the season in a 2-1 win over READING, who had Mamadou Loum sent off. HUDDERSFIELD are off the bottom after battling back to draw 1-1 against play-off chasing NORWICH, who had Brazilian Marquinhos sent off for a reckless aerial challenge. And CARDIFF drew 1-1 with WEST BROMWICH to open up a fourpoint gap over Blackpool, who are third from bottom.
