ASTON VILLA 2 TOTTENHAM 1 WHO knows which Tottenham will turn up? Villa would leapfrog Spurs if they win by more than two goals. I don’t expect that, but I expect a narrow Villa win.

CHELSEA 2 NOTTM FOREST 1 FOREST are awful away from home, with just one win all season. Chelsea are difficult to predict, but surely even they can win this one.

C PALACE 1 B’MOUTH 1

BOTH teams can have a nice kickabout in the sunshine with no concerns about the drop. I’m predicting a strain-free draw.

MAN UTD 2 WOLVES 0

TODAY is the day United bounce back. As long as David de Gea doesn’t do anything daft, they should win and remain in the Champions League positions. SOUTHAMPTON 1 FULHAM 2 SAINTS are one loss from going down and Fulham can put them out of their misery. Aleksandar Mitrovic is back, so don’t be surprised if he scores. BRENTFORD 2 WEST HAM 0 WEST HAM should be safe and are now focusing on Europe. Brentford won the reverse 2-0, and I’ll go for the same again.

EVERTON 1 MAN CITY 2 EVERTON’S counter-attacking at Brighton worked to perfection and they will hope those tactics pay off again. But ultimately the City machine will roll on. ARSENAL 2 BRIGHTON 2

WE SAW what Brighton did to United when they pressed high, United were chasing shadows. That is a warning to Arsenal and this will be an open draw. LEICESTER 1 LIVERPOOL 3 MANY think Leicester are too good to go down, but they haven’t been doing enough. Liverpool are on a winning run and No 7 will follow here.
