Sacking of Suella

-

SO OUR lord and master has sacked his only competent minister, Suella Braverman, and now I think we can all wave him goodbye. Rishi is PM by default. I certainly won’t be voting Tory at the next election.

TONY MAXFIELD, Ipswich, Suffolk.

SUNAK has lost the plot with this reshuffle and proved he is weak. Getting rid of people with ideas and public support is not the way to go.

COL PICKERS, Howden, e. Yorks.

CAMERON back? I am almost lost for words. What is Rishi Sunak thinking? I wonder when negotiations to rejoin the EU will start. I have no doubt the Starmers will now be confirming their move to downing Street with the removals firm.

BRIAN EARLE, Lytchett Matravers, Dorset.

MR SUNAK has lost my vote. Suella Braverman was the best member of the Cabinet. The Conservatives have lost all touch with the electorate and, in fact, with conservatism.

Suella is absolutely right about our woke police, they should have tackled the pro-Palestine mob the way they once dealt with the Countryside alliance. We haven’t forgotten.

ROY SANDERS, Risca, Gwent.

WHAT a shame the only minister to speak up for the silent majority of people in Britain and voice their opinions has been sacked.

KIERAN MATLEY, Faberstown, Wilts.

A STRESSED Tory party continues in its self-harm project and Sir Keir ticks another one off his to-do list.

RICHARD MUMFORD, Three Legged Cross, Dorset. SUELLA has no one to blame but herself. She should know better than to be bold and tell the truth.

TONY THOMPSON, Banbury, Oxon.

THE last time Cameron made a good decision was when he resigned.

PHILIP Lee, Liskeard, Cornwall.

THE pantomime season has started early and ‘dr No’ and ‘the movement’ are writing the script.

JEAN COMBEN, Truro, Cornwall.
