Miranda star’s BA ticket row

-

MIRANDA star Tom Ellis has slammed British Airways and vowed never to fly with them again.

The actor, 38, was left £1,200 out of pocket when he had to change the name on a ticket from the US.

He asked an Indonesian pal to accompany his kids to the UK but her visa was declined under new rules. He asked another pal but had to buy a new ticket.

He tweeted: “Disgusted by the lack of compassion.”

BA said: “We don’t allow customers to transfer their tickets as this could lead to secondary trading.” showed me his fake Polish ID with a different name. It seemed weird. Then he told me he was registering through a number of websites to go out with older, rich women.”

Chloe, of Coulsdon, South London, claims she was snatched by a gang in Milan after being lured to a fake photoshoot.

She said she was drugged and taken to the house in the abandoned village of Borgial, where she was at first shackled to a bed.

Chloe told how Herba freed her after discovering she was a mum.

She insisted she was still not allowed out of the home. But witnesses claim they saw her out with Herba buying shoes.

Police have accused Chloe of lying but her lawyer said she was under “psychological subjugation” when she went shopping.

And the alleged captor, who paid around £300 to rent the property from Italian website Subito, insisted she was free to come and go.

He told police: “I freed Chloe and told her she could leave when she wanted and I never hurt her. We shared the bed even though there were other beds.”

Herba was arrested over the alleged kidnap and is on remand in an Italian prison. Police said his statements were “frankly absurd”.
