A COT­TAGE that fea­tured in BBC sit­com The Vicar of Di­b­ley is avail­able to rent.

The three-bed­room prop­erty was used in the show as the home of stut­ter­ing coun­cil­lor Jim Trott.

The own­ers of Wind­mill Cot­tage in Turville, Bucks, have lived in it for 20 years but have de­cided to rent it out – for £1,995 a month.

Es­tate agent Sav­ills said the 17th cen­tury prop­erty is “ideal for some­one want­ing a pretty hol­i­day or week­end home”.
