Bradley letter plea on deal

-

SECRETARY of State Karen Bradley has penned an open letter to assure the draft Brexit deal is not a threat to rights or the Union.

She said Theresa May’s deal protects the Good Friday Agreement and any backstop would be temporary. She added: “In short, we have secured an outcome for Northern Ireland that avoids a hard border on the island of Ireland and a customs border down the Irish Sea. Now is time to come together to build a brighter future.”
