Apart-hotel bid put to planners

OAKLAND Holdings has confirmed a full planning application has been submitted for Belfast’s first city centre Apart-hotel.

The facility would replace an existing 1980s three-storey block at the junction of Queen Street and College Street.

It hopes to open for business next year.
