CELINA’S SPOT OF BOTHER

-

West Brom 3 Swansea City 0 RED-FACED Bersant Celina was the Swans culprit minutes before halftime when he bizarrely missed a penalty, with the visitors trailing to a Chris Brunt goal.

But for that blunder and Baggies keeper Sam Johnstone, who was in superb form, the Swans could have won this game.

Celina’s standing foot slid underneath him and he ended up shunting the ball a mere two yards to the side of the spot.

West Brom could hardly believe it after Brunt’s goal direct from a free-kick had given stand-in boss Jimmy Shan an ideal start.

And Brunt swung a corner towards the edge of the six-yard box for Mason Holgate (above) to head into the far corner before Jay Rodriguez added a third late on.
