KISS & MEG UP

Fab 4 put rift talk behind them at polo

- BY RUSSELL MYERS Royal Editor

AS Prince William went to war with his brother Harry on the polo field, their wives watched with the kids... and laid to rest rumours of a royal rift.

The Fab Four – William and wife Kate, and Harry and wife Meghan – were reunited for a charity polo event yesterday.

As their husbands thundered around the field on horseback, Meghan, with two-month-old son Archie in her arms, spent time with Kate and her children, Prince George, five, Princess Charlotte, four, and one-year-old Prince Louis.

The mums laughed when Louis put on his mum’s sunglasses and stuck his tongue out at Meghan and Archie.

It was Archie’s first outing in public and at one point adoring Meghan, 37 – wearing an oversized olive green “Rosetta” dress by Lisa Marie Fernandez – kissed him tenderly on the head.

Kate, 37, who teamed a flowing pink LK Bennett dress with her trusty Castaner wedges and a red Mulberry bag, was keeping a watchful eye on her little ones.

Louis was giving his mother the run-around, tottering across the grass before she swept him up to go and wave to his father.

George clambered in and out of the family’s Audi estate car and kept little sister Charlotte entertained, picking up a polo mallet to play with.

Later, Charlotte looked like she was dreaming of playing with the Lionesses as she raced around kicking a football.

On the field at Billingbear Polo Club, in Wokingham, Berks, William, 37, and Harry, 34, were playing against each other for the Khun Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Memorial Polo Trophy, in an event honouring the late Leicester City owner, who died in a helicopter crash in October.

William eventually got the better of his brother, his team scoring a narrow 7-6 victory.

Afterwards, Harry and William posed together, smiling for photos after the match.

The event aimed to raise £1million for 15 charities
