Good sports

IF there is any true legacy of the Olympics and the Paralympics it is more people getting involved in sport.

The poolpods at Antrim Forum and Valley Leisure Centre are that legacy in action.

Swimming is a great form of exercise so getting people, disabled or otherwise, into the pool has got to be welcomed.
