YOU SAY

I have sympathy for the woman who doesn’t get on with her son’s fiancee (Dear Coleen, July 9). I still don’t see eye to eye with my daughter-in-law and she’s been married to my son for eight years! However, I have accepted that he loves her and that we’re simply two very different people. I’ve found a way to get along with her, although I accept that we will never be close.
