Liam & Robbie patch it up after Oasis star sends love over family illnesses

EAMONN Holmes shows he’s a dab hand with a set of curlers as he helps Ruth Langsford with her hair before they present This Morning.

The married couple are fronting the ITV show this week as Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby take some time off over half-term.

Eamonn, 60, put this photo on social media yesterday along with some jokey emojis and the caption: “Working against the clock to get Ruth ready.”

He made her look very presenter-able...

ROBBIE Williams and Liam Gallagher are pals again after the ex-oasis star reached out to his rival after hearing his dad was sick.

The Mirror revealed on Saturday that Robbie’s dad is suffering from Parkinson’s disease. At the time, Take That star Robbie, 46, said: “We’ve got a lot of family issues, my dad has got Parkinson’s, my mother-in-law has got a very big illness, we can’t get to them.”

After apparently reading the news,

47-year-old Liam contacted Robbie and said: “Oi Robbie balboa it’s LG I hear you got s*** going down in your fam. I’m sorry to hear that love and light going out to your family stay cool and in tune LG x.”

Robbie replied by saying: “Brother that means a lot. Carry on being celestial. The world needs you. Your fan Rob.”

The pair were friends in the 90s and hung out together at Glastonbur­y Festival in 1995 but now have a history of criticisin­g each other.

Robbie also challenged Liam to a fight at the 2000 Brit Awards.

Back in March during the early stages of the coronaviru­s pandemic, Robbie reignited with his feud with Liam after calling him a “d**khead”.

Earlier this month, Robbie did compliment Liam’s solo career, admitting while they “have a beef ” he still respects everything he has done. He explained: “He writes a great lyric, great melodies and is the voice of a generation.”
