Mini-contest to decide the CL
UEFA will today confirm a 12-day minitournament to decide the Champions League.
They will host the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final as one-off games in Lisbon between August 12-23.
The ties will be staged at two different stadiums – the Estadio da Luz and the Estadio Jose Alvalade.
Chelsea and Manchester City have outstanding second legs from their last-16 ties – likely to be played in their own stadiums. The Europa League is now set to be played out in a minitournament in Germany.
