Firm creates 13 new home-based jobs as part of global expansion
ASOFTWARE company is creating 13 remote jobs based across Northern Ireland to help it grow its business in international markets.
Dublin-based Sytorus is establishing a distributed business services team with the help of Invest NI and said its new recruits will all be home based.
Chief Dr John Ghent said the move to remote working made sense.
He added: “Due to Covid-19 we have switched to remote working, which we are keeping on a permanent basis for improved work-life balance and flexibility. Our new team will also be home-based and we are excited to tap into an increased talent pool from all across Northern Ireland , not restricted by geography or personal circumstances.”
The company’s software platform enables organisations to prevent data breaches, address regulatory risks and demonstrate compliance with rapidly changing global privacy regulations.
Dr Ghent said the new team will help meet the rising demand for data a privacy and data protec- tion solutions and services s around the globe.
Invest NI said it secured ed the investment for Northern Ireland by offering Sytorus support from the Invest NI ROI team and virtual meetings with key stakeholders during the pandemic.
It has offered the company £91,000 towards the creation of the 13 new jobs. Recruitment is under way and includes various roles in sales development and account management, with opportunities for graduates.
