Let’s do this together MY AMAZING ARTWORK

- Edited by SIOBHANSIOBHAN MCNALLYMCNALLY

If I had a husband who made the sort rt of noises at night as my snoring pug, I’m quite sure I’d divorce him. But as it’s my Bozza, I’m happy to wear ear plugs and put up with sometimes waking up to the delightful sound of dog retching – all over my duvet.

A new survey carried out by health screening app Sleepcheck has revealed that one of Britain’s biggest relationship killers is snoring – with an awful lot of tired, grumpy people admitting that it’s causing lots of arguments, especially as the guilty parties refuse to believe they snore!

I used the app to record me sleeping one night to see if I snored. The next morning I was horrified to find that my snoring was classed as “epic” – it sounded like a plane taking off. Then I realised it wasn’t me – it was Boris!

Out of 2,000 men and women surveyed, over half said their partner snores regularly – with one in five revealing that their other half blows the roof off every single night.

Of these broken people, over two-thirds admitted they are regularly woken up by their partner’s snoring, and almost two in 10 reveal they lose up to an hour’s sleep per night.

Snoring sounds were compared to a vacuum cleaner, revving car engine and even a chainsaw, although I think that was probably their other half about to solve their snoring problem permanently!

This is the view we all need on a Monday morning. Painted by Tracy Abraham in Kentisbeare, Devon, who says her maiden name was Constable. “I had to have a bit of artistic flair, I guess,” she joked.

The 54-year-old mum to two young ladies says: “I’ve drawn on and off all my life but only just got back to it properly this year as I have more time.

I normally use pastels but this year I had a go at acrylics. I love the way you can bring life to a piece of paper or canvas – it’s so satisfying and such a great hobby to have.”
