A fast fix at the forecourt

How come the price of fuel at the pumps goes up nearly every day?

Why doesn’t the Government scrap VAT on petrol and diesel as we already pay fuel duty on it and we’re being taxed twice.

Perhaps if Boris Johnson and his cronies had to pay to be ferried about and couldn’t claim back travel expenses then they might actually do something about the fuel costs that are currently crippling motorists.

But I won’t hold my breath. We aren’t going back to Thacherism, we’re going back to Dickensian times.
