Cannabis in a council’s pot
CANNABIS has been found in a council plant pot in a city-centre street.
Raymond Williamson spotted the plant in Priory Square in Salisbury, Wiltshire – recently voted the second happiest place to live in England.
The city council said of the discovery: “We do not condone the growing of illegal plants.
“Now we know where it is, we will remove it.”
It is unlawful to cultivate any part of a cannabis plant in the UK.
