Tony gave it his best shot

I know Tony Adams wasn’t a good dancer, but I was very sorry to see him have to withdraw from Strictly through injury. He gave his all and improved as the weeks went on with the help of the amazing Katya Jones.

He was also a great advocate for mental health. Well done, Tony, you gave it your best shot and can hold your head high.
