Song’s hope for cup glory

England needs its own national anthem. When our team line up on November 29 to play Wales for the World Cup, their players will belt out Land Of My Fathers, while we’ll have God Save The King.

If Scotland, Wales and Ireland have their anthems, so should England. Land of Hope and Glory is my choice,

Donald Trump’s supporters claim he’ll make America the most powerful country in the world if he runs for president in 2024. It got me thinking of how our Westminster politics is now so cat and mouse.

We need more agreement between parties, especially on climate change. The Tory Party is not that far removed from the Republican Party.
