OVER-50S HOLD KEY
TWO thirds of over-50s expect ageist discrimination when looking for challenging new jobs and different roles, a study reveals. The report by recruitment company Reed Talent Solutions and the 55/ Redefined pressure group says this age group could pump around £20 billion into the economy by staying in work.
