Police probe after woman ‘hit by car’
POLICE are investigating after receiving a report of a woman being struck by a car earlier this month.
The collision took place in the Square area of Dungannon, Co Tyrone, early on Sunday, November 6.
The female, who is in her 20s, was taken to hospital after the incident which took place around 1.45am.
CCTV footage has been circulated on social media showing a blue Mini colliding with a female.
Police said but no arrests were made and a spokesperson confirmed that inquiries are ongoing.
A PSNI statement added: “The driver of the car was spoken to by police at the scene.
“The Square was closed for some time but later re-opened.”
