Who’ll top the 2022 Jingle Ball charts?

-

It’s the festive football competition we’re all looking forward to: Who will top the yuletide charts with their World Cup anthems?

Peter Crouch will take on Three Lions and Tyson Fury in the race for a football-themed Christmas No. 1 to coincide, hopefully, with England winning the World Cup.

Crouchy Conducts The Classics will see him team up with BGT winner Paul Potts to cover chants such as Enger-land, Enger-land, Engerland, V.A.R My Lord. V.A.R, and Who Ate All The Pies. The Masked Dancer’s Peter said: “We’ve taken the best terrace chants and sprinkled a bit of festive magic on them.”

Paul, 5ft 8in, adds of his 6ft 7in pal: “I’ve always looked up to him.”

All proceeds will go to LGBT charity Stonewall, in protest at homophobia in host country Qatar.
