A HOTEL in Qatar is charging £26,940 for a VIP night out after the World Cup final.
It offers exclusive access to the Amber Lounge at Le Royal Meridien in the capital Doha, with drinks in a booth for a maximum of 15 people, with music from 9pm to 3am .
Amber Lounge boss Cher Ng said: “We anticipate high-level demand with VVIPS who are looking for the ultimate postmatch party experience.”
Meanwhile a British bar in Doha has the cheapest deal for a pint, selling beer at UK prices.
The Red Lion is running a special offer of six pints of draught beer for £40.30.
That works out at £6.72 a pint – not much more than half the £11.50 for less than a pint of Budweiser offered after 6.30pm in FIFA fan zones.
