Katie & Carl split after cheating accusation

A bust-up prompting a visit from police, cheating allegations and the end of an engagement... Katie Price had a hell of a 24 hours this week.

Yesterday, her former fiance Carl Woods revealed they had ended their year-long engagement and accused her of sleeping with someone else.

The pair – who have tattoos of each other’s faces on their arms – had dated for two years but the relationship has been marred by bitter rows. Now, Carl has said it is “quite embarrassing” to admit but they are calling it quits for good – and he added: “I found out Katie cheated on me.

“She’s admitted cheating on me, she slept with somebody else. So, yeah, that’s the end of that, I guess.”

On Monday night, police were called to their home in Horsham, West Sussex, for a “domestic incident” but no arrests were made.

Carl spoke about their split the next morning as claims emerged that he discovered texts on her phone which reportedly sparked a vicious row.

Representatives for both Katie, 44, and Carl, 34, declined to comment.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “We responded to a report of a domestic incident. Officers attended to conduct a welfare check. Enquiries are ongoing.”

The couple also split in April but reunited. In June, charges against Carl for using threatening behaviour against Katie were dropped due to a lack of evidence.
