The beetroot and chia wrap is so colourful and the wrap is full to the brim with filling.

Seasoned and sweetened roasted carrot and parsnip, vegan spiced mayo, root vegetable patty and spinach in a tortilla wrap.

Solid veggie option, nice big chunks of veg and the coronation mayo has a strong curry taste. Definitely feels like a sandwich you’d make using up leftovers from your Christmas dinner, which is very appropriate.

Roasted soya protein with cranberry chutney on soft malted brown bread.

The flavours, with a strong and sweet cranberry chutney, pulled it together deliciously and the vegan turkey wasn’t too dry.
