SEAN Johnson, 33, plays for New York City FC when he is not in the USA national team as a goalkeeper.

Since 2014 he has been dating Marissa Horton, a college graduate from Washington DC who is a successful dancer, having performed with the famous Radio City Rockettes.

The loved-up duo often post about each other on social media, with Marissa recently sharing a snap of Sean stroking a cat, writing: “I fell in love with you because of a million little moments like this.”

On Valentine’s Day, Sean wrote: “You inspire me.”
