Global pop star Rita Ora is the final celebrity to take the hot seat in this series as Louis works his usual passive charm.
After being plucked from obscurity by Jay-z’s Roc Nation label, Rita has gone on to have 13 top 10 hits, pull in advertising and modelling contracts, and have roles on TV talent shows.
She even has her own brand of tequila, what more could she ask for? Louis meets the 32-year-old at her dad’s pub in West London, where she talks about her rise to stardom and her family’s arrival in the UK after fleeing Kosovo in 1991.
In LA, on the set of her latest music video, they also bump into her partner, acclaimed filmmaker Taika Waititi, who she is rumoured to have secretly married this summer.
And Louis even gets an invite to Rita’s family home where her mum Vera cooks a traditional Albanian dish and describes the hardships they faced as refugees.
