Ace nets Em-pire gong

STYLISH tennis ace Emma Raducanu beams as she picks up another impressive title – an MBE from the King.

Emma, 20, netted the gong for services to tennis after her remarkable 2021 US Open victory when she was 18.

She became the first qualifier to win a major. The last British woman to land a grand slam was Virginia Wade in 1977.

Wearing Dior to the Windsor Castle ceremony, she said: “It’s great to receive my honour… I feel extremely grateful.”
