His first goal was a stunning set-piece effort after Foden had won the free-kick.
Rashford said: “I fancied a free-kick in the first half but it was a better position for the second. I just tried to be calm and execute what you’ve done in training. It was a great feeling.”
The defeat meant Wales finished bottom of Group B and skipper Gareth Bale (above) had to be withdrawn at half-time with a hamstring problem.
