A CUSTOM-MADE DREAM

Ford has announced the arrival next summer of its new e-tourneo Custom multi-activity vehicle.

Capable of seating up to eight people, the e-tourneo uses the same 74kwh battery and 160kw electric motor that’s fitted to the American Lightning pick-up truck. The range is 230 miles and a fast-charging capability of 125kw will enable charging from 15-80% in 41 minutes.

As well as this electric version, Ford will also offer PHEV and diesel powertrains and, for the first time ever, a four-wheel drive system with the diesel engine.

No prices yet, they’ll be announced around spring next year.
