El Chapo slips net 2nd time
JAILBREAK drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman has evaded recapture for a second time.
Guzman escaped from a Mexican jail in July by riding a motorbike on rails through a mile-long tunnel.
US agents traced him via his mobile to a ranch in the Sierra Madre mountains but by the time Mexican marines raided it only phones and clothes were found.
