SOAP UPDATE
ITV, 7pm & 8pm There’s a lot of sneaking around in Emmerdale these days and tonight Aaron decides to break into Home Farm to take the money from the safe. He’s nearly caught red-handed by Rebecca but gets away, leaving her to wonder why the safe is open – and empty.
Meanwhile, Paddy is sad to receive his decree nisi, but he’s soon distracted by securing himself a date with a client. Elsewhere, Arthur is concerned for Laurel’s safety.
ITV, 8.30pm Could it be the end of an era for Roy? He wants to sell the cafe, but Brian and Tyrone do their best to persuade him otherwise. Meanwhile, Kevin is seething that Phelan threatened Anna and confronts him in the builder’s yard. But when Phelan mocks him, Kevin flies at him in a rage. Luke hauls him away, and later tells Andy what happened, confirming the latter’s suspicions.
Grabbing a brick, Andy decides to do something to stop Phelan once and for all.

Bad news for little Janet when someone breaks into the house and steals her Christmas presents – what a Grinch! The thief also took Billy and Honey’s wedding fund and, to make matters worse, they’re not insured. What will Billy do now?
Meanwhile, the Mitchells get a shock when a Police Public Protection Officer arrives to check on Jay’s living conditions and demands he find somewhere else to stay.
