Caballero is out of contract this summer and Guardiola has decided against offering him new terms, despite the Argentinian goalkeeper making 27 appearances for him last season.
Guardiola, who is looking to offload Joe Hart following the completion of his loan spell with Torino, wants a new understudy for Claudio Bravo.
The City boss has also shown veteran full-backs Sagna and Clichy the door, while Pablo Zabaleta is set to join West Ham on a Bosman.
Navas is also leaving – the Spanish winger is expected to rejoin Sevilla on a three-year deal.
Guardiola wants out-ofcontract Yaya Toure to stay but on less than his current £220,000-a-week salary.
