BRITAIN’S youngest EuroMillions winner says a Brazilian bum lift op has left her fighting for her life.

Jane Park, 21, was rushed to hospital yesterday with suspected sepsis after having the plastic surgery in Turkey.

The £1million winner had suffered a severe allergic reaction which made her face balloon days after the procedure.

And after returning to the UK at the weekend, her condition worsened.

Jane, who has spent more than £50,000 on plastic surgery since her windfall in 2013, aged 17, said: “I’m in absolute agony, I know the saying is pain is beauty, but this is horrific.”

She posted Snapchat clips yesterday of herself in an ambulance and a hospital ward. One image appeared to show her attached to a drip.

She said: “It started with a little pain in

my leg, a fever and then pins and needles, however, the pain is now severe.

“I called the doctor around 5.30pm on Monday and he told me to get straight to accident and emergency.

“As soon as they heard my conditions, they rushed me straight into a side room, they said the fourhour wait could have been deadly.

“They’re almost certain it’s sepsis, I’m frightened and I’m emotionally drained. I have tried to put on a brave face, but I’m really scared.”

Jane, of Edinburgh, admits her dream of having a Kim Kardashian-style bottom has led to her illness. She is being treated at St John’s Hospital in Livingston – but insists she has no time for regrets.

Friends say she will not stop going under the knife, fearing she has become addicted to cosmetic surgery.

“If this is sepsis, I’m fighting for my life,” she said. “All because I wanted a slightly perkier bum. I’m exhausted and extremely scared.”

She travelled to Turkey two weeks ago and pictures later emerged of her with a badly swollen face, believed to have been caused by a reaction to the general anaesthetic.

Jane had to sit on a special cushion but despite the pain she was said to be delighted with the shape of her new bottom.

A friend said: “She’s really happy with the results but at the moment she’s having to sit on a cushion designed for people who have had a Brazilian bum lift. Without it, she is in agony.” Last Friday, she was allowed to fly home, but further complications led to her being rushed to hospital.

A source said yesterday: “Following the bad reaction to the general anaesthetic, Jane has been in a lot of pain from her surgery, but she started to experience pins and needles in her legs which got progressively worse.

“Eventually, in the early hours, an ambulance was called and she was rushed to hospital after her heart rate was through the roof.

“Her family are taking it in turns to be at her bedside while more tests are carried out, but doctors are fairly certain she has developed sepsis.”

Sepsis is a potentially deadly infection which arises when the body’s response to infection causes injury to its own tissues and organs. Symptoms include fever, increased heart rate, increased breathing rate, and confusion.

The source added: “Her friends and family have been worried that she has

become addicted to cosmetic surgery. She has been really poorly.

“But she still says she would have more cosmetic work done. Family and friends want her to slow down but she’s getting a real confidence boost from the cosmetic improvements and she believes that it’s her body, her money, her choice.”

Jane won £1million on EuroMillions with her first lotto ticket when she was just 17 years old.

Since then, she has splashed out on a range of cosmetic treatments, including a boob job, full set of dental veneers, liposuction, Botox, lip enhancements, cosmetic filler and now the bum lift.

The op, known as a Brazilian Butt Lift, usually involves transferring the patient’s own body fat from elsewhere in the body into the buttocks.

Her friend said: “She may be only 21, but she does not see why she should wait until she’s older to make the most of her money. She flew to Turkey and spent a couple of days enjoying the luxuries provided by the celebrity clinic where she had the operation.

“But once she came round from the treatment, she started to panic. Her face had swollen dramatically as a result of the anaesthetic. She was really frightened but the doctors told her it would go down. “Initially, she panicked that she looked like someone who had had a stroke. But after a few days it started to go down.” Jane was earning £8 an hour as an admin temp and sharing a twobedroom Edinburgh council flat with mum Linda before her windfall. She bought a plush three-bedroom house and another property but has recently moved back into her mum’s flat. In March this year she received an 18-month drink-driving ban after being caught behind the wheel of her BMW 1 Series while three times over the limit. She has moaned her riches have ruined her life and even threatened to sue lotto operator Camelot, claiming they should not allow someone as young as her to win such a big sum. Jane was so young when she won in 2013 they had to put Irn Bru in her champagne flute for the press photo shoot. She said last February: “I have material things but apart from that, my life is empty. What is my purpose in life?

“I thought the win would make my life 10 times better but it’s made it 10 times worse. I wish I had no money most days.

“I say to myself, ‘My life would be so much easier if I hadn’t won’. People look at me and think, ‘I wish I had her lifestyle, her money’.

“But they don’t realise the extent of my stress. I think 18 should be the minimum age for winning the lottery. The current age of 16 is far too young.”

Earlier this year she was forced to hire bodyguards after she was threatened with an acid attack.

She said: “If I could go back I probably wouldn’t have gone public. It solves a lot of problems, winning a million pounds, but it does bring a lot problems that at a young age I’d never expected.”
