MILLER’S BEEN LEFT ‘HANGING’

- BY GAVIN BERRY

RANGERS have been accused of hanging Kenny Miller “out to dry” in a furious blast from the veteran striker’s agent.

Ibrox vice-captain Miller was banished from the first team for last month’s game with Hamilton after a stormy squad summit.

Gers boss Pedro Caixinha accused homegrown players of not welcoming his foreign imports and Miller, 37, had to play with the Under-20s.

Caixinha then said he had a mole inside the club, but continues to maintain there is no issue with the frontman (above).

He said Miller, who has just six months left on his deal, was injured for last Friday’s win over St Johnstone.

Miller’s rep Dave Baldwin wrote on Instagram below a picture of Miller: “The ‘inferral’ this guy is anything other than one of the best ‘professionals’ of the last 20 years is a joke.

“If @rangersfc have a ‘leak,’ or a ‘traitor’ in the ranks then they should say who it is and deal with it rather than leave one man hung out to dry!!!

“To make those accusations and then leave Kenny out of the squad and not say a word is embarrassing.. and then do it again!

“Looks pretty obvious to me where the leaks come from. #Rangers #GlasgowRangers #KennyMiller #shambolic #Embarrassing #hungouttodry.”

Rangers declined to comment on Baldwin’s accusations.
