‘No issues’ on crash Ferrari
A FERRARI F50 that crashed and killed a boy of 13 was in “very good condition”, a court heard.
Matthew Cobden claims the £1.2million motor he gave Alexander Worth a ride in last August shot off uncontrollably in North Warnborough, Hants.
But Ferrari expert Tony Ciccone told Winchester crown court there were no issues with the car.
Cobden, 38, of Waltonon-Thames, Surrey, denies death by dangerous driving. The trial continues.
