ROLLS WINGS IT
Aircraft engine maker Rolls-Royce has signalled more job losses despite bouncing back into the black.
The engineering giant jumped from making a heavy loss to a £4.9billion profit last year.
But problems with one of its bestselling engines and a shake-up could see staff numbers cut. Rolls-Royce is a major employer, with 22,000 UK workers.
Boss Warren East said it was too early to say how many jobs will be affected under the restructure, but confirmed it will cut out duplication in its support and management functions.
East stressed the revamp was not set to affect engineers, with plans to invest £1.4bn in research and development.
