Blunder man Glenn does it again
I’VE never paid attention to the FA’s job advert for its chief executive. But, looking at how former marketing man Martin Glenn has handled the Mark Sampson and Pep Guardiola (right) controversies, I wonder if it reads something like: “The ideal candidate will be completely out of their depth when it comes to understanding sensitive issues like sexism, bullying, fascism and anti-semitism yet have the confidence to dive into those issues with both boots on, causing such a storm MPs will call your performance ‘jaw-droppingly bad’ and Jewish leaders called you ‘offensive’.” If so, fair play. He’s doing a great job.
