TWO thirds of us are wor­ried about a friend, rel­a­tive or col­league’s men­tal well­be­ing as a re­sult of money prob­lems.

Re­search by the Money Ad­vice Ser­vice says young peo­ple are most at risk.

Three-quar­ters of 18 to 34-year-olds have ex­pe­ri­enced men­tal health issues re­lated to bills and debt.

Sarah Por­retta, of MAS, said: “Talk­ing to some­one and tak­ing time to fo­cus on your own well­be­ing is a re­ally dif­fi­cult, but hugely im­por­tant, first step.”

THE dad of two young broth­ers killed in a hit-and-run has been found dead in a ho­tel room in Greece three months later.
